Equity
At Northern Nevada Wildflower Montessori, we are committed to ensuring all students have equitable access to high-quality, standards-aligned education. This includes students with diverse learning needs, English Language Learners (ELLs), students with disabilities, and those affected by other social, cultural, or economic factors. We provide inclusive, supportive, and culturally responsive learning environments that honor each student’s strengths, promote academic growth, and empower every child to succeed.
Our Teacher Leaders
Led by Teachers, Centered on Children
Our teachers lead every aspect of the school, from the classroom to administration, ensuring that every choice reflects what is best for the children and community we serve.
