As the Founding Charter Admin Partner, you will develop and operationalize the charter school’s operations, governance, and administrative support for Northern Nevada Wildflower Montessori (NNWM), in collaboration with Teacher Leaders and the Board of Directors. The Charter Admin Partner reports to the Board of Directors. This role is designed to support Teacher Leaders, not manage, within a non-hierarchical management structure. The Charter Admin Partner will be primarily responsible for maintaining charter and preschool compliance requirements and reporting charter-wide.

As a Founding Teacher Leader, you will co-create and lead a Montessori learning environment while helping to design and operationalize Northern Nevada Wildflower Montessori (NNWM). This role includes both teaching and shared responsibility for school operations, enrollment, and community building. Teacher Leaders collaborate closely with one another and with the Board of Directors in a distributed leadership model. This role is not hierarchical; Teacher Leaders are empowered to lead within their domains while engaging in shared decision-making.
