Como Líder Docente Fundadora, co-creará y dirigirá un ambiente de aprendizaje Montessori mientras ayuda a diseñar y poner en marcha Northern Nevada Wildflower Montessori (NNWM). Este puesto incluye tanto la enseñanza como la responsabilidad compartida de las operaciones escolares, la inscripción y la construcción de comunidad. Las Líderes Docentes colaboran estrechamente entre sí y con la Junta Directiva en un modelo de liderazgo distribuido. Este puesto no es jerárquico: las Líderes Docentes tienen la autonomía de liderar dentro de sus áreas mientras participan en la toma de decisiones compartida.

As the Founding Charter Admin Partner, you will develop and operationalize the charter school’s operations, governance, and administrative support for Northern Nevada Wildflower Montessori (NNWM), in collaboration with Teacher Leaders and the Board of Directors. The Charter Admin Partner reports to the Board of Directors. This role is designed to support Teacher Leaders, not manage, within a non-hierarchical management structure. The Charter Admin Partner will be primarily responsible for maintaining charter and preschool compliance requirements and reporting charter-wide.
